Rubber self fusing Tape

Rubber Self Fusing Tape is a nonviscous rubber based tape which are used particularly for waterproofing, corrosion protection, jointing and repair of cables.

when stretched and wrapped around cables, electrical joints, hoses and pipes combines or unites itself into a strong, seamless, rubbery, waterproof, and electrically insulating layer.

PIB (Polyisobutylene) rubber based tapes have excellent amalgamation properties. Which are

generally used for general purpose or low voltage applications as the service temperature

and electrical properties are generally lower than than EPR rubber based tapes.

EPR (Ethylene Propylene) rubber based tapes also have excellent amalgamation properties

which are often applied for higher voltage cable joint.

How to use:

1.Clean the surface of the protected area before testing.

2.Remove the isolation layer,

fully stretch (200%) self-Adhesive Tape, with a half-cover around the package and object.
